Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) 15% M.F. Québon Ultra’cream Cooking Cream
- 1 cup (250 mL) sour cream
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) prepared mustard
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Ketchup Cream Sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) 15% M.F. Québon Ultra’cream Cooking Cream
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) tomato ketchup
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chili sauce
- Salt and pepper
Tarter Cream Sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) 15% M.F. Québon Ultra’cream Cooking Cream
- 1 cup (250 mL) sour cream
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped capers
- 5 tbsp (75 mL) relish
- Salt and pepper

- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving.
