Ingredients
  • 500mL (2 cups) Québon Eggnog
  • 5 ou 6 Thick slices of bread
  • 30mL (2 c. à table) Sealtest butter
  • 20% Québon whipped cream
Preparation
  1. Soak bread slices in Québon egg nog long enough for the slices to have absorbed the Québon egg nog. 
  2. In a pan, melt butter and cook the slices of bread on both sides at medium heat until golden.
  3. Serve very hot with maple syrup and whipped cream.
