Ingredients
- 500mL (2 cups) Québon Eggnog
- 5 ou 6 Thick slices of bread
- 30mL (2 c. à table) Sealtest butter
- 20% Québon whipped cream
Preparation
- Soak bread slices in Québon egg nog long enough for the slices to have absorbed the Québon egg nog.
- In a pan, melt butter and cook the slices of bread on both sides at medium heat until golden.
- Serve very hot with maple syrup and whipped cream.
