- 250mL (1 cup) Québon Eggnog
- 15mL (1 c. à table) Brandy
- Ground nutmeg, to taste
- Québon whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
- Ground cinnamon (optional, for garnish)
Preparation
- Pour the eggnog into a small saucepan and heat it over medium heat. Stir regularly to prevent it from burning. Heat until it’s warm but not boiling.
- Once the eggnog is warm, remove the saucepan from the heat and add the brandy extract. Stir well to combine.
- Pour the warm mixture into a cup or mug.
- Sprinkle a pinch of ground nutmeg on top. For an extra festive touch, you can add a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
