  • 250mL (1 cup) Québon Eggnog
  • 15mL (1 c. à table) Brandy
  • Ground nutmeg, to taste
  • Québon whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
  • Ground cinnamon (optional, for garnish)
Preparation
  1. Pour the eggnog into a small saucepan and heat it over medium heat. Stir regularly to prevent it from burning. Heat until it’s warm but not boiling.
  2. Once the eggnog is warm, remove the saucepan from the heat and add the brandy extract. Stir well to combine.
  3. Pour the warm mixture into a cup or mug.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of ground nutmeg on top. For an extra festive touch, you can add a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
